How it works
At the first visit we carry out a full analysis with high-resolution clinical photographs and a 3D scanner. We digitally design your new smile so you can see the result before we begin.
We create a provisional prototype that is placed over your teeth so you can check the result in your own mouth before taking the final step. You have the final say.
A minimal reduction of the tooth enamel (0.3–0.5 mm) is made to accommodate the veneers. In many cases it can be done without any reduction of the tooth at all.
The veneers are crafted by hand using E.max porcelain, the material with the highest translucency and strength on the market. The process takes between 10 and 15 days.
The veneers are permanently bonded with state-of-the-art resin cement. We adjust colour, shape and occlusion to guarantee a perfect result.

Common questions
Porcelain veneers have an average lifespan of 15 to 20 years with proper maintenance: regular check-ups, good dental hygiene and the use of a night guard if bruxism is present. Composite veneers last 5–8 years.
The process is virtually painless. The minor enamel preparation is carried out under local anaesthetic. After bonding there may be slight sensitivity for the first few days, which resolves on its own.
With digital design and E.max porcelain at the Smile Studio, veneers are completely natural-looking. We replicate the translucency of enamel and personalise the shade so they harmonise with the rest of the mouth and skin tone.
In most cases a minimal reduction of the enamel (0.3–0.5 mm) is carried out. No-prep veneers also exist, which require no reduction of the tooth. The appropriate type is determined at the initial diagnosis.
Porcelain veneers are completed in 2–3 appointments: diagnosis and impressions, mock-up trial, and final bonding. Composite veneers can be done in a single session.
